A specialty at Royal Welding and Fabricating is our dimple jacketed stainless steel mixing tanks and reactors. The jackets on these tanks can be ASME code stamped for high or low pressure service. Dimple Jackets can be provided as individually shaped units to install on your existing equipment.
Dimple Plate is more efficient in promoting heat transfer through the tank wall by the dimples generating turbulence in the flow through the jacket.
Dimple Plate has a low profile which allows for more insulation material to be used in the same space.
